glacé Relief Cap

1. How does it work?

The glacé cap uses cold or warm therapy to provide natural comfort. For cooling relief, place it in the freezer for 45-60 minutes (we recommend you store in a freezer bag) or refrigerate for 1-2 hours for gentler cooling. For warmth, microwave for 20 seconds. The flexible gel molds to your head, covering your forehead, temples and neck. Use for 10-20 minutes whenever you need relief.

2. Will it fit my head?

Yes! It's designed to fit most head sizes. It stays securely in place without slipping.

3. Is it safe to use?

Absolutely. It's made with sustainable skin-safe materials. The soft fabric exterior protects your skin from direct gel contact. Always test temperature on your wrist before applying - it should feel soothing, never painful.

4. How long does it stay cold?

The cap stays cold for up to 30 minutes - perfect for one relief session. If you need more time, simply refreeze and reapply. Many customers keep two caps so one is always ready to use.

5. Should I use cold or warm?

Cold is typically better for migraine discomfort and stress relief. Warm works well for tension and tight muscles. Try both to see what feels best for you!

6. How do I clean it?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Air dry completely before storing. We recommend you keep it in a sealed bag when stored in the freezer for hygiene.
